Phil was great. I was settling on a house on LBI at 10am on a Friday and found the heat wasn't working during the walk through at 9:30. I had never worked with them before but found that HeatWave was an authorized servicer of the equipment. He was onsite in 30 minutes, worked over the phone with me, got the heat going and then came back and made a permanent fix on Monday.

Crazy good service. Owner operator that cares. I am not a friend or family. I've never actually met Phil. He earned a customer in me. If you are on LBI or in the shore region use this guy!!
